PET POLICY – TIMBER BLISS
All pets are welcome, with no limit on the number of pets. Every pet must be declared at booking (number and type of animal). Undeclared pets are charged as unapproved pets (see Charges below).
PET FEE
A pet fee applies to each pet, as shown in your booking total. Service animals are always welcome and are never charged a pet fee. Charges for damage, extra cleaning and any other charges in this policy still apply to service animals the same as any guest.
HOUSE RULES FOR PETS
- Keep pets off all beds, sofas and upholstered furniture.
- Pets left alone in the home must be crated.
- Pick up all pet waste inside and in the yard during your stay and place it in the outdoor trash cans. Please bring your own waste bags.
- Keep pets leashed outside the fenced yard and follow all Santa Rosa County and Navarre Beach pet rules, including beach restrictions.
- Keep yard gates closed and latched.
- Do not bathe or groom pets in the tubs, showers or sinks.
- Guests are responsible for their pet's behavior, noise, and any injury or damage it causes to people, property or other animals.
- Report any pet accident or damage to us right away, before checkout.
CHARGES
By booking, you agree to the following charges, which are in addition to the pet fee:
- Unapproved or undeclared pet: $250, plus the actual cost of extra cleaning and pest treatment.
- Pet waste left in the home or yard: $100, plus the actual cost of extra cleaning.
