What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use our contact form, we receive what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, property city and message. The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms.
• Booking information. If you book a stay directly with us, we collect the details needed to confirm and manage it, such as guest names, contact details and stay dates. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Website usage. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your browser type, general location and pages visited. It does not give us your name or contact details.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, manage bookings and properties, meet legal and tax obligations, and improve this website. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that help us run the business (for example our booking software, payment processor, form service and analytics provider), with property owners and service vendors when needed to manage a stay, and with government agencies when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email [email protected]. We keep records required by law, such as tax records, for as long as the law requires.
